Contract between Mosaic.net and Workshop Participant

Because I want to fully experience this workshop I am aware of and fully committed to residing with the team during the community assignment for the Participatory Development Workshop and/or the PM&E Workshops. I understand that reservations will be made by Mosaic.net and paid by the participant. (Average cost is $22.00 to $55.00 per night for shared accommodations.)

Registration Fees

July 12 - 16, 2010. Results-based Management, Appreciative Inquiry & Open Space Technology: $1500 CAD or USD; 2) NGO/Consultant rate: $1200 CAD or USD which represents a 20% discount; 3) Full-time student: $ 995 CAD or USD.

July 19 - 23, 2010. Gender Training ♀♂ .: $1500 CAD or USD; 2) NGO/Consultant rate: $ 1200 CAD or USD which represents a 20% discount; 3) Full-time student: $ 995 CAD or USD.

July 26 - 31, 2010. Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation. : $1500 CAD or USD; 2) NGO/Consultant rate: $1200 CAD or USD which represents a 20% discount; 3) Full-time student: $ 995 CAD or USD.

To avoid disappointment, we urge you not to procrastinate. The workshops fill up quickly. Reserve your place now with a deposit of $350. Your place is secured once FULL registration fees are received. Full registration is required at least ONE MONTH prior to the workshop.

Please make certified cheque or international money order payable to Mosaic.net International, Inc. and send to Mosaic.net International, Inc., 705 Roosevelt Ave. Ottawa, K2A 2A8, Canada. Please indicate on your cheque which session you plan to attend and the name of the workshop participant.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unavailable to attend, a full and prompt refund, less $200.00 (administrative charge) will be made for cancellations received in writing two weeks in advance. Should you cancel within two weeks of the workshop, a charge of $350.00 will apply. However, a substitute participant is always welcome at no charge. If Mosaic is obliged to cancel the workshop for any reasons, liability is limited to reimbursement of workshop fees.
